Terms of service.

1. Operator and acceptance

GameFeed is operated by Richard Triggiani (“GameFeed,” “we,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using GameFeed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. The service

GameFeed is a Windows overlay that displays third-party short-form video websites. GameFeed is independent from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and their owners. Those platforms may change, restrict, or discontinue access at any time, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

GameFeed works best with windowed or borderless games. Hardware-exclusive fullscreen modes and anti-cheat systems may block overlays. We do not guarantee compatibility with every game, website, or computer.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GameFeed for personal or internal business use. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass subscription checks, interfere with the service, use GameFeed unlawfully, or infringe third-party rights.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of every game and content platform you use, including any overlay or anti-cheat restrictions.

4. Free and Premium plans

The Free plan may display brief sponsored placements. GameFeed Premium is planned at $2.99 USD per month and removes GameFeed-sponsored ads while the subscription remains active. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Premium subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Purchases, invoices, renewals, payment methods, cancellations, and eligible refunds are processed by Paddle as merchant of record and are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

5. Availability and updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameFeed is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, accounts, games, advertising, service interruptions, or actions taken by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameFeed and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, accounts, profits, or gameplay. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
